Food. Customs laws state that foreign nationals are not allowed to bring any organic material into the country. That includes food, plants and anything that is now, or was once alive.
Passport. Most countries are willing to let you in so long as your passport will still be in date by the time you fly home. However, regulations state that anyone traveling to Australia must have at least six months left before their passport becomes invalid.
Flight times. As we said a moment ago, the flight to Australia can take a very long time. For that reason, you need to ensure you wear comfortable clothing and take something to entertain yourself.
